April 27, 2010 9am-1:30pm, i attended Blessings and Inauguration of " Toledo Garden City Hall". The activity is participated in by all sectors in community like from the academe, releigious, private, non-gov't. organizations, government organizations(local and national) women organizations, farmers federation, fisherfolks federation and farm youths.The new city government center is located on Hillside Overlooking the City Center and Tanon Strait, Barangay Ilihan, Toledo City. Dress code: Barong Tagalog for City Officials, Department Heads and Guests. Employees Office Uniform as per directive. First part of the event is a Holy Mass, followed by Blessings & Inauguration of Different Offices by invited parish priests. Part III is Ribbon Cutting and Unveiling of the Marker. Part lV - Commemorative Program. Welcome Address given by Honorable Mayor Arlene E. Zambo, Inspirational Messages by Governor Gwendolyn Garcia, 3rd District of Cebu Representative-Congressman Pablo John Garcia, Guests Speaker Hon. Gilbert Teodoro and the Message of Thanks was given by Honrable City Vice Mayor Aurelio P. Espinosa. Me and some Government Department heads did fun taking pictures while visiting different Offices/Department. Hope u enjoy viewing those moments...Lunch Party time!!
