Me and some friends' Co-Heads of Departments attended the inaugural mass and oath-taking at of Newly Elected Public Officials in Toledo City. The activity was held at St. John de Sahagun Shrine on June 30, 2010, the inducting Officer is Honorable Congressman PABLO JOHN GARCIA, 3rd district of Cebu.
