Researchers and journalist from the Nationa Bureau of Agricultural Research, Manila, Philippines visited Toledo City Agricultural Services Department on May 4, 2010. They conducted interviews, also to farmers on effects in farm productivity and quality of family life as per appropriate technology adoption.
